I cannot begin to tell you the difference between our mom’s first facility to this one! It’s night and day the move in process was so easy the people so accommodating- the place is clean they sent me messages two times the first night to let me know how our mom was doing! I saw my Dad yesterday and oh my goodness, he has improved beyond anyone’s expectations.  A month ago we were told to come and say our goodbyes.  When I got there and saw him, it was startling, I thought I was too late.  But now, he’s lucid, even in the late afternoon.  He’s out and about in the facility, finally making friends, he’s feeding himself, even asking for PT because he wants to walk again. We moved my father into Serene Suites 3 weeks ago, and the care we received over those 3 weeks before he passed was all we could ask for. The administration was very attentive, listening to our concerns and trying to help my dad acclimate to the new place. We moved him from another facility that we had a lot of issues with and this place made us feel very at home.
